Why are we the Critics' Favourite?

Why do the critics consistently choose us, even though we're not the largest comedy chain? It's simple: we provide the best live comedians working today at friendly and well-run London comedy clubs.
That's why our clubs have repeatedly been Critic's Choice in Time Out and garnered a total of over 100 Time Out Recommended Stars. That's why we've repeatedly been Critic's Pick, or Choice or "Must See" event in The Evening Standard, The Metro, The London Lite, London Paper, The Guardian and The Daily Mirror and been featured on Radio 4's Loose Ends and BBC2's The Culture show. If you're looking for comedy in London we are the Critics' Favourite.
The 99 Club Leicester Square is the flagship 99 Club in central London. This is our largest venue and yet the shape of the room and the low ceilings offer the sort of intimate, friendly and exciting gig for which all our venues are famed.
Tickets for our Leicester Square Shows start from just £8 online. All shows also include admission to a nightclub at the same venue (or late bar if you prefer chatting to dancing).
Questions? Call our friendly London based team on 07760488119, drop us an email to info@the99club.co.uk or check our FAQ
No stag nights or large all male groups permitted - please contact us and we will advise you which of our venues is suitable. No under 18s will be admitted to the show - photo ID with proof of age must be displayed by anyone who appears under 21.
Large Groups will be asked to sign a Behaviour Bond when arriving at the venue, this is at the management's discretion.
